Animal Pen Rental Application

I have read the rules and regulations and agree to abide by them, understanding that I must contact Debbie Kirby with any questions or problems. I understand that I will not be able to bring my vehicle into the festival grounds except in the time frames indicted, and I will remove my vehicles by 8:30 pm, on Friday and/or by 9:30 am on Saturday and Sunday. I will abide by the rules applying to animals, and graciously accept the decisions of the VSGA and Veterinarian as final. I will act with courtesy and respect for all VSGA personnel, and all other people on the grounds, and all animals.

Cancellation Policy: All pen cancellations prior to September 15 are subject to an administration charge of $25.00, after September 15th your cancellation will be subject to the administration charge and the balance refunded to you will be determined on whether your pen space can be sold.
