Cheer up your feet or just make your ankles elegant and enter the

contest. Please fill out a 3x5 card telling if you spun the wool, dyed the

wool, knit the wool, felted the wool, found the pattern in a book or

designed the project yourself; or with help. Add your age category. Put your

name, address telephone number and e-mail on the other side. Fold the card

with the name inside and attach to your entry. Any technique may be used (no

machine knits); any animal fiber; limit of two entries per person.

For each entry, put the contest category and your age category on one

side of a 3x5 card. Put your name and address, phone number and e-mail on

the other side. Fold the card and attach securely to the entry.

FLEECE CONTEST

White fleece-3Categories: fine-med-long Fleece should be rolled neck

side out in a

large clear plastic bag.

Colored-3 Categories: fine-med-long

For each fleece, put the age of sheep, breed of sheep, weight of

fleece, date shorn, and age category on a 3x5 card. On the other side put

your name, address, phone number and e-mail. Fold card with name inside and

attach to the fleece.

IF YOU WISH THE FLEECE TO BE FOR SALE, ATTACH A SEPARATE CARD WITH A

PRICE ON IT.

Contest limited to two entries per category per person.. Prizes for under 18

and over 18 categories.

Entry fee $2.00 per item. Entries may be submitted by mail and must

be received no later than September 20th. Mail to Suzanne Wallis, 154 Blood

Hill Road, Norwich, Vermont,05055. Entries may also be delivered to the

festival by 9:00am October 5th. Items may be picked up at 3:30 Sunday

afternoon. We are not responsible for left items.
